Robert Hindsman, Adult Programs Manager at Alliance Theatre- This performance was so honest and genuine that I forgot I was watching actors. They made this story more really and gritty than any production of Newsies I've ever seen. The entire community surrounding these artists should be incredibly proud. These actors are obviously strong actors and singers, but Myrtle Beach Area Children's Theater is creating world-class actors. Every choice they made on stage was so genuine and profound.
