Step into the world of Broadway with this dynamic and interactive 2-hour masterclass, designed for singers who want to refine their craft, build confidence, and gain insight into what it takes to perform at a professional level.

✨ Group Vocal Warm-Up
We’ll begin together with a guided vocal warm-up. This portion not only prepares the voice, but also introduces healthy technique, breath support, and alignment strategies that singers can take home and use in their own practice.

🎤 Individual Coaching
A select group of participants will have dedicated one-on-one coaching time in front of the group. With individualized feedback on technique, interpretation, and performance style, singers gain practical tools and fresh insights. We’ll wrap up with a Q&A session where singers and audience members can ask about vocal health, audition preparation, repertoire, or training pathways.

Chelsea is a voice teacher and hype-woman specializing in musical theatre performance! A graduate of the University of Michigan’s Musical Theatre BFA program, she uses her expertise to support students around the world—from Broadway professionals to passionate beginners.

Her Broadway journey began in 2017 as the associate vocal coach for School of Rock, followed by The Phantom of the Opera. She is currently the associate vocal coach for Masquerade, the new immersive Phantom production in New York City.

In 2021, Chelsea co-founded Broadway Vocal Coach, an online training platform and podcast designed for aspiring and professional musical theatre performers ready to take the next step in their careers.

Since beginning her teaching journey in 2007, Chelsea has also become a mentor for other teachers as part of the education team at the Institute for Vocal Advancement.

She lives in Raleigh, North Carolina with her husband and two daughters. Most days, you’ll find her with a Diet Coke in hand, listening to Disney soundtracks on repeat—and being reminded not to sing along!
