This dynamic Acting & Improv class, taught by Broadway professional Ben Bogen, is designed to help performers build confidence, authenticity, and versatility onstage and in the audition room. Through a blend of structured acting work and improvisational exercises, students will strengthen their ability to think on their feet, make bold choices, and stay fully present in the moment.


Ben brings real-world Broadway experience into the room, guiding students through character development, truthful reactions, and strong scene work—all while emphasizing play, connection, and trust. An Immersive 2.5-Hour Experience with Broadway & National Tour Performers

Step into the world of Broadway with this dynamic, hands-on 2.5-hour workshop led by two seasoned professionals: Paloma D’Auria and Ben Bogen. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced performer, this workshop offers something for everyone, with personalized attention based on your age and experience level.


What to Expect:


Broadway Dance Class with Paloma D’Auria: Learn original Broadway choreography as Paloma takes you through high-energy routines, helping you build confidence, refine your technique, and connect to the storytelling behind the moves.


Acting Through Song with Ben Bogen: Explore the art of acting through song as Ben guides you on how to use your voice and emotions to fully embody a character and tell a compelling story through your performance. *You can participate or observe - no obligation to sing!


Talk-Back with Both Paloma & Ben: Gain invaluable industry tips and insights in a Q&A session where Paloma and Ben share their journeys, answer your questions, and offer advice on breaking into the business and thriving in the audition room.

Ben Bogen

Ben Bogen is a New York based actor, singer, and dancer. A graduate of The University of Michigan with a B.F.A in Musical Theatre, Ben made his principle and National Tour debut at age 23 as the alternate for the lead role of Frankie Valli in the Broadway Tour of the Tony Award-winning musical Jersey Boys (one of the youngest actors in history of the production to cover the role). In addition to performing the lead role nearly 50 times, he went on for featured roles including Joe Pesci and Bob Crewe. Soon after concluding the tour, Ben made his Broadway debut in the ensemble of Disney’s Frozen on Broadway, understudying the principle roles of Olaf and Duke Weselton. Ben toured with the National Tour of Wicked and most recently, Ben has been touring with the National Tour of Tina - The Tina Turner Musical.

Paloma D'Auria

Paloma D’Auria is an accomplished Musical Theatre and TV Actor, Singer, Dancer, Musician, and Designer based out of NYC. Seen in the National Tours of Mean Girls: The Musical (u/s Regina George & Janis), Elf: The Musical (Jovie), and the 1st National Tour of Spamilton. She has also been featured on FX’s American Horror Stories, CBS’ FBI, and HBO’s Full Circle. Marymount Manhattan College BFA. Paloma has taught numerous choreography masterclasses while on the road as an actor, as well as in her hometown of Buffalo, NY at her alma mater.
